Masala Lamb Curry
Have you ever wished that you could reproduce the meal that you ate at your favorite indian restaurant? Well, I have finally discovered a recipe that is not only healthy, but is fit for any gourmet palette around- and will easily rival any restaurant in your area.
In a large frying pan, fry the first 4 ingredients until aeromatic, then add the lamb and sear for about 5 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and the tomatoes and additional spices, and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite grain. Serves 4
